Hello! My name's Jackson (he/any), the artist whose page you've stumbled upon. I'm a 20-year-old multidisciplinary artist from East Anglia, currently studying Comic Arts in Staffordshire, and also a mad scientist. I love experimenting with a wide range of art forms, though comic art is my main passion, and this website is my place to share that, and all of my funny little projects, with you!

All of my digital work is done in FireAlpaca, though some of my tweened stuff has been done through Clip Studio, and my video editing is done in OpenShot! I code straight into Neocities or Ren'Py depending on the project, and I mess about with anything and everything I'm presented with!

What I Do

  • Comic and Narrative Art. My primary field - I'm pursuing my degree in comic arts, I've tabled my work at MCM Comic Con London, and comics are my big passion!
  • Digital Illustration. This is what I do the most of, in between my formal comic work! I do a lot of art based around my characters and stories, mostly for fun, but I do take commissions.
  • Animation and Storyboarding. I work primarily with 2D animation, with a preference for frame-by-frame, but I am also familiar with tweening!
  • Writing and Editing. I have some informal proofreading experience, and write my own comics too! I also do group writing projects recreationally.
  • Coding and Visual Novel Development. I'm learning HTML through this site, and I've been taught in Python. I've made visual novels via Google Slides, and I have some experience with Ren'Py, but I'm always learning more!
  • Physical Craft and Product Design. Puppet making, woodwork and metalwork, sewing and embroidery - exploring new mediums is a big passion of mine, and I'll try anything once! And if it hurts, I'll do it again!
  • Traditional Illustration. I love producing things with my own hands, and I dabble in as many mediums as I can - from gouache to fabric paint, screenprinting and blockprinting to charcoal and pencil, there's just nothing like it!
